The process involves an analysis and review of all current systems, tables, fields, and data elements. Interviews are conducted with users to assure that Irris Technologies understands the agency’s data model.
Irris Technologies will create a data conversion plan that will include all timing and date requirements mutually agreed upon with the agency. Once the data conversion plan is approved, Irris Technologies and user testing will be completed. Depending upon the plan, parallel systems may be in operation for a short period of time.
