Ian
From Auckland, New Zealand - Ian holds a Bachelors Degree in English and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Ian is the primary contact for the AIRS helpdesk and assists the President in many administrative tasks, including the development and editing of IRRIS Technologies training manuals. Ian is also responsible for gathering the initial information for new clients and projects - so if you give us a call, chances are you'll be speaking with Ian. |

Vince
A seasoned programmer and analyst of 20+ years, Vince is an expert programmer
and internet developer well versed in several areas, including Cold Fusion,
HTML, JavaScript, Access and SQL. Vince has been the lead programmer for the
AIRS program since 2002. He has developed easy to use tool sets which allow AIRS
users to create their own forms, templates, checklist, task tracking, and web links
amoung other features. Vince is currently working on the new family portal, scheduled
for release this spring. |

Chad
Chad's wide range of skills keep him busy in a myriad of aspects focused on AIRS.
His knowledge of AIRS is a great benefit to the AIRS community. He is
instrumental in testing AIRS, providing training and support, as well as keeping
the user manuals updated. Over and over again we hear feedback for the AIRS
community of how impressed they are with Chad - his patience and willingness to support
each and every one of our users. |

Dan
Dan will most likely be the friendly voice you'll hear if you experience an AIRS Demo.
Dan's 20 years of experience in a leadership position at a residential home for at-risk teens is of great benefit when addressing issues of COA certification, functions of non-profits, as well as a host of other pertinent skills and proficiencies. He truly enjoys being connected to the vital work of placing children with loving families. Dan is so proud of recently becoming a grandfather to the first child of his adopted son. |
