AiRS was the foundation of our business and the industry standard ...

for many years for case management, but has been superseded by MyAdoptionPortal. AiRS continues to be used by numerous agencies and attorneys in their day-to-day operations, but these clients are being actively migrated to MyAdoptionPortal.   No updates will be made on the AIRS system starting on June 2012.    AIRS will continue to be available but will not be updated.   Limited support will be available for AIRS.

Questions we have received:

1.  Will MyAdoptionPortal have multiple browser support ?
     Answer: YES all later versions of major browsers are supported under MyAdoptionPortal including Microsoft IE, Google Chrome,  MAC Safari, and Firefox

2.  How is my AIRS data moved to MyAdoptionPortal ?
     Answer: Your data will automatically be available in MyAdoptionPortal when you move.

3.  What is limited support for AIRS mean ?
     Answer: Day-to-day support will be available until migration to MyAdoptionPortal is finished.  
                   Limited support includes items like configuration questions,  reporting issues,  general
                   how to questions,  login/logout, and other administrative tasks.

4.  Is there a cost to migrating my data to MyAdoptionPortal ?
     Answer: No there is no cost.

5.  Can I still do my job in MyAdoptionPortal ?
     Answer: YES you can and more !

6.  Who do I contact to make this exciting move ?

7.  What if I have any additional questions ?
